Welcome! Employers have finally seen the light that recruiting people with disabilities matters. See that your resume gets to us and we will see that these employers get to see you.
We work with employers who see beyond disability and recognize the ability and talent in people that may not always make it through the traditional employment screening process. We can assist you because we’re connected to businesses that seek to enhance their diversity initiatives by proactively recruiting qualified candidates with disabilities. We are partnered with organizations that recognize the untapped potential within your community. Your skills and your unique talents may be the exact fit for a business that recognizes that no one group has a monopoly on talent. We have the ability to get your resume directly to those responsible for making hiring decisions. Our process can provide you with a direct introduction to this Human Resources audience in a manner that traditional job search efforts can seldom achieve. In this way, your disability becomes a qualifying asset in the interview process.
Whether you’re seeking entry-level or executive employment, we maintain open job orders with various companies and organizations ranging in size and scope. The key to getting an interview is being seen and heard by employers looking for your talent. We can be the resource that gets you connected.
